INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS, 1 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds, 2 tablespoons
  • Sunflower seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Flaxseeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup, 1 teaspoon
  • Plant milk of choice, ¾ cup

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  2. Cover the bowl, then place in the fridge to bloom and set for at least an hour.
  3. When ready to eat, top your bowl with whatever you fancy! Some choices include: bananas, blueberries, coconut and dried fruit.
