Golden Scrambled Tofu makes a healthy breakfast or work-from-home lunch. We’ve elevated this simple meal by adding BOOSTING AMBERS Ayurvedic powder. Not only does it provide anti-inflammatory and immune-support benefits, it also adds flavour and colour to the dish.

Place the tofu into a bowl and roughly mash with a fork. Add the BOOSTING AMBERS, nutritional yeast, milk, salt & pepper and mix well.
Heat a pan on medium heat, then add the coconut oil. Once hot, add the onions and garlic, and cook until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes before incorporating the tofu mixture. Then fry for an additional few minutes.
Serve on toast with a sprinkling of chilli flakes and fresh herbs or salad.
