Do I need to create an account to buy online?

You will need to create an account using an email address and basic information to make a purchase. This will help with a quick checkout experience and if you opt in, you will receive the latest BOTANISTRY special offers, recipes and nutritional information.

Where does BOTANISTRY ship to?

Currently, BOTANISTRY products can be shipped to anywhere in New Zealand at a flat rate of $5. Packages are shipped by Courier Post from Auckland, New Zealand. All orders above $89 are entitled to free standard shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free standard shipping for orders above $89. Placing bulk orders will help you save on shipping. All prices are inclusive of GST and total costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

Orders are shipped daily by courier and typically take 2 to 3 days to arrive. However, shipping times may vary based on when your order is placed and the delivery location. Once an order is placed you will receive an email with tracking information enabling you to keep up to date with your delivery from BOTANISTRY.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with a courier tracking number. If you have any queries with your order, please reach out via orders@botanistry.com

Do you accept returns?

Since BOTANISTRY Blends are an all-natural dietary supplement made from wholefood ingredients and because of health and hygiene protocols, we are unable to offer returns. We appreciate your understanding. However, if you have received a damaged product or a wrong order, please contact us immediately on orders@botanistry.com so we may verify your order and make it right for you.

Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?
