Luisa’s Lemon Pistachio Bliss Balls

Using: BOOSTING AMBERS

Enjoy a refreshing combination of flavours with Luisa’s Lemon Pistachio Bliss Balls.

Prep Time: 15 mins
Recipe Serves: 30 balls


INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS, 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachios, ½ cup
  • Almonds, 1 cup
  • Dates, 1 cup (pitted)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • Mineral salt, 1 pinch
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

METHOD

  1. Place almonds and pistachios in a dry pan and lightly toast them. This will help with the digestion of the bliss balls.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender together until well mixed.
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Fill a small plate with some desiccated coconut. Roll the balls around to cover them.
  5. Keep them in the fridge, but serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
