Vegan Cashew Mousse

We love this creamy, dreamy wholefood treat! Try this vegan Cashew Mousse recipe with the fragrant and floral flavour of DIGESTIVE JADES Ayurvedic supplement powder. It’s quick to make, vegan friendly, gluten-free and refined sugar free.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY DIGESTIVE JADES, 2 teaspoons
  • Cashews, 150g (soaked overnight)
  • Almond milk, ½ cup
  • Coconut oil, ¼ cup (melted)
  • Maple syrup, ¼ cup
  • Salt, 1/8 teaspoon

METHOD

In a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, and serve chilled with toppings of choice. Berries – fresh or as a compote, pair particularly well.
