INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS, 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs, 2
  • Butter, 2 tablespoons
  • Mushrooms, 2
  • Cherry tomatoes, 5
  • Kale, 1 handful
  • Salt & pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes and kale. Sauté them until tender in a heated pan with the butter, then set aside.

  2. Break and beat the eggs in a bowl and add the BOOSTING AMBERS powder so it is mixed with the eggs.

  3. Add the eggs into a hot pan with butter, tilting the pan so the eggs are distributed evenly. When the eggs are set at the bottom, add the cooked mushrooms, tomatoes and kale. Then gently fold over for your omelette.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • You can change up the recipe by adding different combinations such as: cheese and shallots, mixed peppers, mushrooms and chive or spinach and garlic.
  • The butter can be substituted with olive oil for a dairy-free version.
