HEALTH BENEFITS

There are different types of kumara or sweet potato having red, orange to yellow skin and flesh. Kumara has a dominant sweet taste and is grounding. High in complex carbohydrates and dietary fibre, it is a good source of energy and helps with digestive health. The coloured flesh contains minerals like manganese and potassium as well as a variety of phytonutrients like beta-carotene (converted to vitamin A), vitamin C and antioxidants. Taken daily, BOOSTING AMBERS organic health supplement powder supports the body’s immune function naturally. The healthy fats from ghee help the body with overall nutrient absorption.
