INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS, 1 teaspoon
  • Oats, 1 cup
  • Ripe banana, 1 (mashed)
  • Plant milk of choice, cup
  • Peanut butter, 2 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder, 1 teaspoon

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Simply mix or blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a ramekin and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with more banana, peanut butter and maple syrup as desired.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • If you make a big batch, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and warm before eating. Ideal as a snack!
  • You can substitute the peanut butter for any nut or seed butter of choice and the maple syrup for honey.
  • Add some chocolate chips for a decadent treat.
