If you’re a fan of oats for breakfast or as a pre-workout snack, then this quick Protein Oats recipe is for you. Make yourself a yummy protein-rich bowl in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY ACTIVE CORALS, 1 teaspoon
  • Quick oats, ½ cup
  • Bran flakes, 1 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds, 1 teaspoon
  • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavoured), 1 scoop
  • Water / preferred milk, 1 cup
  • Toppings: Hemp seeds, peaches, coconut, maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Into a microwave-friendly bowl, add the oats and water or milk and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and stir well. Add more water or milk to achieve your desired oatmeal consistency.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy! Georgia has added hemp seeds, peaches, coconut and maple syrup to her Quick Protein Oats.
  4. Change it up by adding different toppings including fresh seasonal fruit, berry compote, honey, nuts and seeds.
