Balanced Breakfast Smoothie

Holistic nutritionist Natalie Brady shares her ultimate Balanced Breakfast Smoothie. Featuring ACTIVE CORALS natural supplement powder, it’s supportive of blood sugar balance, the immune system and the nervous system.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY ACTIVE CORALS, 1 teaspoon
  • Protein powder, 20-30g
  • Peanut butter, 1 tablespoon
  • Flax seeds, 1 tablespoon
  • Spinach, 1-2 handfuls
  • Banana, ½
  • Frozen berries, 1 handful
  • Filtered water, 1½ – 2 cups

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy!


TIPS & TRICKS

  • If you’d prefer to add milk rather than water, use unsweetened almond milk, hemp milk or coconut milk as they are more blood sugar supportive than other milks.
  • Pour your liquid into the blender first to help blend all the ingredients easily without clumping.
