It’s quick, easy, healthy and refreshing! Try this Green Glow Smoothie recipe with GLOWING GREENS, pineapple, kiwi and healthy fats – the perfect start to the day. The combination of greens, fruits and seeds contain essential nutrients to support skin health.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY GLOWING GREENS, 2 teaspoons
  • Almond milk, 1½ cups
  • Banana (ripe), 1
  • Baby spinach leaves, 1 cup
  • Pineapple (fresh or frozen), ½ cup
  • Kiwi fruit (fresh or frozen), ½ cup
  • Hemp hearts, 1 tablespoon
  • Chia seeds, 1 tablespoon

METHOD

Blend the spinach and almond milk completely in a high-speed blender. Then add the other ingredients and process until the smoothie is to your liking. Serve immediately.


TIPS & TRICKS

  • An alternative to spinach is kale, but it can give an earthier taste.
  • Use all frozen fruit and greens or add ice to make the smoothie thicker. Add more milk to thin it.
  • Add maple or date syrup to sweeten if needed.
