Glow Avo Toast

Using: GLOWING GREENS

Give your usual Avo Toast a “glow up” with GLOWING GREENS! Avocados are an excellent source of biotin, vitamins C and E, potassium and magnesium. The superfood Moringa in GLOWING GREENS is packed with essential amino acids, iron and zinc. All these vitamins and minerals are exactly what the body needs for healthy skin and hair.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY GLOWING GREENS, 2 teaspoons
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Feta or preferred cheese, 2 tablespoons
  • Mint leaves, chopped, 1 tablespoon
  • Sourdough bread, 4 slices
  • Chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

METHOD

  1. Scoop and smash the avocado into a chunky paste. Add the GLOWING GREENS, lemon juice, olive oil and mint, and mix well.
  2. Gently stir in the feta, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toast the slices of bread and spread the avocado mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with chilli flakes if you wish and enjoy!

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Top with eggs and / or your preferred cheese, plain or grilled.
  • Add cucumbers and garnish with lemon zest for a cooling summer version.
