Enjoy a smoothie every morning? Why not try this Everyday Green Smoothie recipe with GLOWING GREENS Ayurvedic powder, protein powder, mango and avocado for your daily glow up!

Prep Time: 10 mins
Recipe Serves: 2 people


INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY GLOWING GREENS, 2 teaspoons
  • Plant milk or water, 2½ cups (or half and half)
  • Vanilla plant-based protein powder, 1 tablespoon
  • Mango, 1 (or 2 big handfuls of frozen mango)
  • Spinach leaves, 2 handfuls (fresh or frozen)
  • Banana, ½
  • Avocado, ½
  • Ground flaxseeds, ½ tablespoon

METHOD

Blend the spinach and milk / water completely in a high-speed blender. Then add the other ingredients and process until the smoothie is to your liking. Serve immediately.


TIPS & TRICKS

  • To change up the flax seeds, add chia seeds or hemp hearts.
  • For a more filling smoothie and added creaminess, incorporate silken tofu or whole grains like pulverised oats.
