Creamy Green Smoothie

Recipe Serves: 2 people


INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY GLOWING GREENS, 2 teaspoons
  • Almond or oat milk, 1 cup 
  • Plain or vanilla plant-based protein powder, 1 scoop
  • Banana (frozen), 1
  • Avocado, ½
  • Spinach or kale, 1 handful (fresh or frozen)

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. To adjust flavour, you can add more banana for sweetness, avocado for creaminess, or greens for vibrant green colour. Serve immediately.


TIPS & TRICKS

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours or in the freezer for up to a week.
  • For added protein and healthy fats, a tablespoon of seeds such as hemp, flax or chia can be added.
