Cleansing Smoothie

Using: DIGESTIVE JADES

If you find celery juice quite strong but still want the health benefits, try this refreshing drink. This Cleansing Smoothie recipe with DIGESTIVE JADES Ayurvedic supplement powder is super hydrating and helps with detoxification. It’s ideal to have in the morning or as a post-exercise drink to replenish lost electrolytes.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY DIGESTIVE JADES, 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut water, 1 ½ cups
  • Celery stalks, chopped, ½ cup
  • Cucumber, ½
  • Green apple, ½

METHOD

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add a squeeze of lime and a little honey if needed.
