Chocolate Orange Baked Oats

Chocolate and orange is a favourite flavour combination. Why not level up this decadent Chocolate Orange Baked Oats for breakfast or snacks with tangy BOOSTING AMBERS Ayurvedic powder?

INGREDIENTS

Baked Oats:

  • BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS, 1 teaspoon
  • Rolled oats, 1/3rd cup
  • Orange, 1 (peeled & cut into quarters)
  • Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
  • Plant-based milk, ¼ cup
  • Baking powder, 1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate, 1 block

Toppings:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Simply blend all the ingredients, apart from the baking powder and chocolate.
  3. In a ramekin, pour 2/3rd of the blended mixture.
  4. Stir in baking powder. Add in the dark chocolate and pour the rest of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Top up with some chocolate chips and maple syrup. Enjoy!

  • This is a vegan-friendly recipe using dairy-free chocolate and plant-based milk, but it also works as a non-vegan recipe.
