TIPS & TRICKS

  • To check if the loaf is cooked through – insert a skewer into the centre. It should come out clean if the loaf is cooked.
  • This breakfast loaf keeps well in the freezer. Simply slice, freeze and remove slices as you wish. Toast slices in a toaster to warm when ready to eat.

HEALTH BENEFITS

The combination of oats and buckwheat flour are effective to support athletic nutrition and energy slumps. They are full of fibre, protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Oats and buckwheat flour are able to slowly release sugar into the bloodstream pre-workout as well as aid muscle recovery and prevent protein breakdown post-workout. Eating this loaf with a healthy source of fats like nut butter and antioxidant-rich fruit makes for a balanced and filling breakfast or snack. Taken daily, the ACTIVE CORALS dietary supplement helps to support the body’s metabolism, muscle recovery and joint health.
