Try this Blueberry Superfood Smoothie recipe with GLOWING GREENS. Not only is it deliciously creamy, it’s packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to support healthy skin.

Recipe Serves: 3 people


INGREDIENTS

  • BOTANISTRY GLOWING GREENS, 2 teaspoons
  • Greek Yoghurt, ½ cup
  • Banana (ripe), 1
  • Baby spinach leaves, 1 cup
  • Blueberries (frozen), 2 cups
  • Almond butter, 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon

METHOD

Blend the spinach, Greek yoghurt, milk and almond butter completely in a high-speed blender. Then add the other ingredients and process until the smoothie is to your liking. Add extra milk or water if you prefer a thinner smoothie consistency. Serve immediately.


TIPS & TRICKS

  • For a dairy-free or vegan smoothie, opt for plant milk and coconut yoghurt.
  • This smoothie can also be frozen into popsicles for a healthy dessert or snack.
